Details:

Box has two of those old fashion phone line hook ups. The square box design tells me it is an older and would appear that plantronics may have purchased Lucent at some point. I could not find another one exactly like this.

Item comes with black box that has three buttons: flash, mute and on off. That question still remains unknown. I'd appreciate it.

If you know what this is exactly and I have it wrong please feel free to tell me. Item also has long pig tail cord, attached to the box, that connects ear piece head set. Plantronic items continue in the market place but Lucent does not.
